This standard UK size pillow is filled with buckwheat hulls to ensure complete support for your head and neck as well as optimal spinal alignment and comes with two zipped casings: one interior case to hold the natural filling and one outer pillowcase, made from anti-dust mite 100% cotton. Both of these cases can be machine washed at 40 Degrees C, but please ensure that the filling is removed before washing.
